The topic of experiencing room/space was the centre of my artistic and creative work. Step by step the subjective experiences were explored, examined, extended and consciously interpreted. I had to find my very own “room/space” and portrait it sequentially using the artistic media chalk, acrylic painting, photography and modelling.

The name of my very own room is „hypnotische Raumwelle“, in english „mesmeric wave“. The final model was created out of zinc-plated sheet steel. The shape developed through repeated bending and folding of the material and brings to mind a breaking wave. 

It catches the eye – it mesmerizes.
